WHY IT'S IN THE HUNT

Wolverine #2 is an early issue from Wolverine's first ongoing solo series, written by legendary X-Men writer Chris Claremont with artwork by John Buscema and Klaus Janson.

The story continues Logan's adventures in Madripoor and features Silver Samurai and Jessica Drew, both of whom are noted directly on the CGC label.

The issue is also notable for the debut of the Muramasa Blade, a mystical weapon capable of counteracting healing factors and an important piece of Wolverine mythology.

Collectors also get a distinctive Bill Sienkiewicz Wolverine pin-up on the back cover, giving this early issue additional display and creator appeal.

Graded CGC 9.8 NM/MT with White Pages, this is a high-grade example from the opening months of Wolverine's landmark 1988 ongoing series.
