WHY IT'S IN THE HUNT

Wolverine #16 features one of Tyler Kirkham's most recognizable Wolverine exclusives, with Laura Kinney / X-23 wearing the Wolverine costume in the popular reclining “crush/meme” cover composition.

This is the desirable Variant Cover C virgin edition, removing the traditional trade dress and allowing Kirkham's artwork to fill the entire front cover.

The variant was produced as a retailer exclusive for Unknown Comic Books, Street Level Hero and Comic Traders, collectively associated with the Comics Illuminati exclusive program.

Inside, Benjamin Percy and Adam Kubert continue Wolverine's ongoing series with the “Solem Truth” storyline, while the cover gives the issue additional appeal to X-23 / Laura Kinney collectors.

Graded CGC 9.8 NM/MT with White Pages, this is a high-grade example of the Tyler Kirkham virgin edition.
