WHY IT'S IN THE HUNT

Spawn #200 is the landmark 200th issue of Todd McFarlane's long-running Image Comics series, released as an oversized anniversary celebration of one of the defining creator-owned comics of the modern era.

This copy features the striking David Finch Variant Cover B, with cover work credited to David Finch and Todd McFarlane. Finch's detailed style gives this version a distinctly darker look, with Spawn surrounded by chains and ruined city architecture.

Spawn #200 brought together an extensive roster of creators and marked the long-awaited return of Todd McFarlane to interior artwork, making the issue an important milestone in the series beyond the anniversary number itself.

This is the regular David Finch Cover B, which is distinct from the separate black-and-white 1:100 Finch Sketch incentive variant produced for the same issue.

Graded CGC 9.8 NM/MT with White Pages, this is a high-grade example of one of the standout covers from Spawn's milestone 200th issue.
