WHY IT'S IN THE HUNT

Civil War #3 comes from Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's landmark Marvel event that divided the superhero community over the Superhuman Registration Act.

The issue is especially notable for the arrival of the Thor clone later known as Ragnarok, an important development in the escalating conflict between Captain America's resistance and Iron Man's pro-registration forces.

This variant features Ed McGuinness' Mighty Thor cover, giving the issue an especially appropriate alternate cover tied directly to the major Thor-related development within the story.

The comic itself was graded CGC 9.8 NM/MT with White Pages. Please note that the CGC holder has visible damage at the upper-left corner, which is fully disclosed below and shown in the listing photographs.
